Rose Float design team

This "hidden" penguin, honoring the 2013 float, was created with dried seaweed (black on penguin's wings), onion seed (black thin lines) dried cranberry seeds (red), dried marigold petals (orange and yellow), flax seed (brown), rice powder (white), dried parsley (green), dried static petals (purple back ground and pink), and a mixture of rice powder and onion seed (grey).
