“Family Matters” is an exhibition by fine artist and photographer Jane Szabo that incorporates memory, metaphor and allegory to express the challenges, burdens and joys of her role as daughter and caretaker of her elderly parents. Using childhood possessions, and family heirlooms, Szabo creates tableaus that hint at complicated family dynamics.
