Learning with a Leader gives participants an opportunity to learn more about our leaders on campus and their leadership philosophy. In this session, Cynthia Pickett, presidential associate for inclusion and chief diversity officer will share her leadership journey and how she works to coordinate a range of efforts to assure that equity, diversity and inclusion are authentically reflected in campus practices, policies, community, culture and measures of excellence.
