Having trouble creating your exercise plan and don’t know where to start? If so, then look no further: volunteer to be a case study participant for exercise physiology graduate students. The class needs approximately 15 healthy adults or those with medically controlled diseases who are interested in becoming more physically active and can benefit from an exercise prescription. Volunteers will need to be able to complete a client interview the week of Feb. 28 to determine health history and exercise goals and will need to take a fitness assessment by taking an ECG analysis later in the semester. After participation, volunteers will receive an individualized exercise prescription. Take the Qualtrics survey to learn more and for additional question, contact Professor KoyyaLewis-Trammell.
