Concur will be transitioning to a new user interface, making the travel request and expense report experience quicker and easier. The transition began over the weekend and will continue over a multi-day period with no impact for end users until complete. The next time a user logs in after the transition, the user will see a brief pop-up product tour introducing the updated user interface and showcasing the benefits of these changes. While the portal may look different, you’ll still have access to everything needed to complete a travel request and expense report. To assist users with the update, you can access a series of transition guides on the Concur website.
