Open enrollment is your opportunity each year to review your current benefit plan selections to ensure they continue to meet your personal and family needs. For more information on CSU open enrollment, please visit our Open Enrollment Website; to enroll or change your benefits, complete an Open Enrollment Worksheet via PolyDoc using your CPP credentials to log in. Foundation employees should look to their emails for information on current/future open enrollment resources. The effective date for selections made during the Open Enrollment period will be Jan. 1.
