Dining Services is taking a phased approach to their planned hours of operation, in conjunction with the planned return to in-person classes on Feb. 12. Once fully implemented, they will have increased their operating hours by 66 percent, including reopening six locations that were closed in fall. They are excited to introduce new and innovative brands and technologies this spring. Make sure to visit Element, their new quick-serve, healthy and affordable concept at the College of Business and their self-service market at Poly Fresh in the Bronco Student Center.
