In a message to the campus community, President Soraya M. Coley commemorated Black History Month and invited students, faculty and staff to participate in the range of virtual events hosted by Cal Poly Pomona. In highlighting the importance of this national celebration of the achievements of Black Americans, President Coley touched on her own groundbreaking story and shared the accomplishments of those whose actions have helped make her own journey possible.
