The Early Exit Program (EEP) provides CalPERS retirement-eligible employees an option for voluntarily separating through a severance package and separation agreements. CalPERS retirement is not required, but retirement eligibility is. If you’re interested in participating, apply by the deadline, this Friday, Dec. 11.
