To honor our values of inclusivity and social responsibility, CPP has committed to identifying systemic racism and structural inequity, and to dismantling them. Our Commitment to Action recognizes a responsibility to remove barriers to success and outlines 12 initiatives to which the university is committed. A new webpagedescribes each one, as well as its status and progress to date. Faculty and staff are encouraged to consider what pieces to undertake as a group, department or division and to join the general membership of the Inclusive Excellence Council.
