Coloring Isn’t Just for Kids


Recent studies show that people of all ages are feeling more stressed than usual due to a tense election season, the surge of coronavirus cases and the impending holidays. One quick, easy and fun way to reduce anxiety is through coloring – yes, coloring – which produces some of the same positive effects as mindfulness and meditation. Thankfully, MediaVision staff member and alumna Lindsey Bistline Zavala (’13, graphic design; ’18, education), created a CPP-inspired coloring page for you to download here.
