The Mind and Heart Lab provides extensive online resources to help manage emotional health and stress, allowing you to focus on your well-being safely at home. Open to faculty, staff and students, resources include a six-part webinar on emotional health, guided audios for stress relief and relaxation, weekly live meditation groups and access to additional resources. “These tools will help people enhance their emotional health in these stressful times,” says cofounder and Lecturer Alane Daugherty. “It will help you find some answers in what you want to be intentional about, during and after the pandemic, to enhance your emotional health and wellbeing.”
