Summer Research Seminars


The Office of Undergraduate Research has moved the much-anticipated Summer Research Seminars to a virtual environment for all faculty, staff and students to enjoy on Wednesdays from June 17 to July 29. The June 17 kickoff event will feature Gabriel Davidov-Pardo, assistant professor in the nutrition and food science department, talking about food nanotechnology and an innovative way to encapsulate and deliver bioactive compounds.
