Direct Deposit

As of June 1, the State Controller’s Office (SCO) will no longer print direct deposit earnings statements. However, you can view and print them online, along with your W-2 Forms, through the SCO’s web-based employee self-service portal Cal Employee Connect. You must register in order to do so. If you haven’t yet enrolled in direct deposit, fill out the online enrollment form. It takes approximately 60 days to process.
