Caltrans will close the Kellogg Drive off-ramp of the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) beginning tomorrow, Jan. 15, for 90 days. This pavement rehabilitation and realignment project is part of the I-10 High Occupancy Vehicle Lane Project. This closure will increase traffic at the Grand Ave. and Fairplex exits during the morning so plan accordingly. Visit The Compass for updates.
