The California Attorney General has announced that Iowa will be added to the list of banned travel states effective Oct. 4. The complete list of 11 states that are currently subject to California’s ban on state-funded and state-sponsored travel are: Alabama, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Texas.
