New this year from Benefits Services – Electronic Signature Authorization for Faculty & Staff

In an effort to improve and streamline the benefits enrollment process, Benefits Services is able to accept Electronic Signatures for employees who have an authorization on file. Having the form on file will eliminate the need for employees to return and sign benefit enrollment documents for all transactions including: new enrollment, open enrollment changes, and any changes resulting from a family status change for all benefit transactions, health, dental, FlexCash and the flexible spending accounts (Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, HCRA and DCRA).
