Kimberly Allain has been named associate vice president for employee and organizational development and advancement in the Division of Administrative Affairs, effective June 27.
Allain brings more than 20 years of staff development and training experience. Her body of work includes leadership development, innovation initiatives, strategic planning, performance management, organizational culture initiatives, and other organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Allain’s experience spans multiple industries and various skill sets in the organizational development space. Her new role will help CPP faculty and staff achieve their personal and professional development goals and to continue progress achieving the goals set forth in the university’s Strategic Plan.
Allain earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Brandman University.
