The Division of Information Technology (IT) announces email address changes for its IT Service Portal and the Cal Poly Pomona IT Service Desk. Effective immediately, users can send an email to our IT Service Portal at itserviceportal@cpp.edu, which will automatically generate an IT Service ticket. For questions or to share information with the Cal Poly Pomona IT Service desk, send an email to itservicedesk@cpp.edu. Your email will be responded to within one business day. We recommend that you update your documentation to reflect our new email addresses. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Our PolyCentric web server is undergoing a technical migration and upgrade. A new website design is scheduled to launch in early 2024.
