New “IT Service Order” Online Process

The Division of Information Technology (IT) has launched its new “IT Service Order” process, replacing the legacy “Telecom Work Order.” The new “IT Service Order” process provides a streamlined, completely online process for requesting estimates, ordering telephone and network services, or requesting repairs. For access, locate the IT Service Order in the Service Now Catalog or go to eHelp and click on “Get It.”
