While officials within Town Hall attempt to locate funding sources, planning for the historic Hilltop House site has been turned over to Cal Poly Pomona students, according to Parks and Recreation Manager Ralph Wright. “There’s a … senior-level class … in the (university’s) Urban and Regional Planning department that has taken on the master plan of the Hilltop House,” Wright said.
