Baseball consultant Chris Sperry shares memories of the 52nd annual ABCA convention in 1996 when legendary Cal Poly Pomona baseball coach John Scolinos took the stage wearing a home plate around his neck and gave the crowd some life lessons on the importance of high standards. “If I am lucky, you will remember one thing from this old coach today.
