A construction project on the 10 Freeway will result in partial and complete closures of the Kellogg on- and off-ramps over the next year.  The California Department of Transportation has narrowed the Kellogg Drive underpass to one lane in each direction and reduced the off-ramp from the westbound 10 Freeway to a single lane. The underpass will also see complete closures intermittently, but only during overnight hours, from approximately 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. For more information about the project, visit the Caltrans website.
