The Cal Poly Federal Credit Union has received the 2016 “Spirit of CU*NorthWest Award” for utilizing technology to enhance customer service.
CU*NorthWest is a credit union service organization that offers online banking products and support services for credit unions while also helping them form strategic alliances and partnerships. Cal Poly Federal Credit Union received the award for being “all about the member” and as an “example of collaboration and cooperation.”

Bean, president and CEO of the Cal Poly Federal Credit Union.

The Cal Poly Federal credit union, which has 2,479 members and $13.2 million in assets, has been a CU*NorthWest client since August 2011.
