More than 6,200 bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree candidates will cross the stage to accept their diplomas at Cal Poly Pomona’s 60th annual commencement ceremonies from Friday to Sunday, June 10 to 12.
Each of the eight colleges will hold its own ceremony, all of which take place in the University Quad. Tickets are not required, and guests are encouraged to arrive at least one hour beforehand. Live and recorded video of each ceremony will be available from the commencement website.
Those planning to attend can pre purchase parking permits for $7 at the Bronco Bookstore until Thursday, June 9. Permits (cash only) are $10 when purchased on the day of the ceremony. Below is the schedule of the commencement ceremonies as well as valedictorians, recipients of the Julian McPhee Award for Student Excellence and mace bearers. Similar to a valedictorian, McPhee Scholars are chosen for their stellar work throughout their college career at Cal Poly Pomona. Additionally, each college chooses an outstanding faculty member to be the mace bearer.
