FOLLOW-UP:
On May 31, 2016 Cal Poly Pomona University Police Detectives made an arrest of a 23-year-old male resident of Los Angeles, CA. He is not a Cal Poly Pomona student and he is not affiliated with the campus. He was booked for felony sexual assault and the case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Summary:
Cal Poly Pomona University Police Department is investigating a sexual assault that occurred on May 28 at a housing community on campus. The suspect is known to the survivor and left the location after the incident.
Suspect Description:
Male Hispanic, 5-7” 200 pounds, thick build, in his early 20s.
