Sanders, Smith Win Top ASI Roles

Uriah Sanders and Gabriel Smith won their bids for ASI president and vice president and will take office July 1.
Uriah Sanders and Gabriel Smith won their bids for ASI president and vice president and will take office July 1.

The results of the 2016 ASI general election are in.

Uriah Sanders and Gabriel Smith have been elected to lead the student government as the president and vice president, respectively.

The new student leaders will take office on July 1. In total, 2,516 students voted in the 2016 election. The full results are:

President and Vice President

Uriah Sanders and Gabriel Smith – 1352 votes; 76 votes subtracted due to infractions
