The Bronco Bookstore is asking students, staff and faculty what the Bookstore is doing right, where it can improve and what products or services that should be added to the store. Responses to past years’ surveys have been used to guide bookstore changes, including expanding technology products offerings and adding price comparisons for textbooks.
The ‘Customer’ survey is aimed at student and other customer concerns, and the ‘Faculty’ survey is focused on faculty course materials issues. To say ‘thank you’ for the feedback, you can download and print a coupon for 25 percent off Bronco Gear clothing/gifts once the survey is completed.
