The Cal Poly Pomona volleyball team is 4-1 in conference play and has moved into a tie for first place in the league standings. The Broncos’ volleyball squad will host Cal State San Marcos Friday for a 7 p.m. at Kellogg Arena. The CPP men’s and women’s cross country programs will compete at the Pomona Pitzer Invite Saturday in Claremont, with the first race starting at 7:45 a.m. In promoting the “Pack the Course” event for that morning, the Athletics department has a free shuttle for CPP students and sign-ups are at broncoathletics.com/bus.
