The last day to return fall quarter textbooks for a full refund is Sept. 30, regardless of the reason. Students must have their Bronco Bookstore receipt or Broncobookstore.com web order confirmation. The Bronco Bookstore is open that day until 7:30 p.m. The refund deadline for dropped classes is Oct. 7. A receipt and proof of a dropped class are required. The bookstore is open until 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 7. Students who think they may end up dropping a class should not open or register access codes (examples: Connect, MyLab, Homework Manager, MathZone, CengageNow, WebAssign, Webtutor), as opened codes are nonrefundable.
