Police seeking help in investigation

University Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Friday, June 5, 2015, at about 3 p.m. A young man approached a female student on the grassy area near the front of the Men’s Gym. The subject asked the female student if he could take photos of her bare feet. In the process, the male subject proceeded to take video with his smart phone camera while he kissed and licked the female student’s toes. After the incident the subject went toward the direction of Building 86 (English
Language Institute).

The male subject was described as a male Asian in his early 20’s with a medium to slender build. He was about 5’ 6” tall, with light complexion and black short hair style. He was last seen wearing a gray or blue long sleeve flannel shirt, blue pants, and glasses. In addition, he had a military green colored phone case.
