Dr. Claudia Pinter-Lucke will serve as the Administrator-in-Charge of the Division of Academic Affairs, effective immediately until the new provost, Dr. Sylvia Alva, arrives on Aug. 3.
Dr. Pinter-Lucke arrived on campus in 1986. She received tenure at Cal Poly Pomona in 1996, and since then she has provided leadership at various levels in Academic Affairs. In 2012, Claudia was named the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs. She has overseen undergraduate and graduate program development, review, and assessment, course scheduling, accreditation, and academic policies.
