Spring 2015 Textbook/Course Materials requisitions due January 30 2015

Jan. 30, 2015 is Bronco Bookstore’s priority due date for academic departments to turn in requisitions for all required/recommended course materials including textbooks, readers, trade books and course packs for Spring 2015.  It is also the due date for ‘no text required’ confirmations for classes that don’t use books. Timely submission of these requisitions is important for keeping textbooks affordable and ensuring that accessible versions are available for students with print related disabilities. Timely requisitions also help the campus comply with federal textbook information posting requirements.

Faculty and department textbook coordinators should submit requisitions to Bronco Bookstore via the new Verba Collect online requisition system at https://csupomona.verbacollect.com. Coordinators can log in to the site to submit requisitions or view faculty submissions, faculty with assigned sections will receive emails soon with links to submit their specific courses.

Faculty members who turn requisitions in by January 30 will receive a thank you coupon for 25 percent off one general merchandise purchase. Departments which submit accurate requisitions for 70 percent or more of their sections on time are eligible for a Foundation gift card.

For questions about submitting course materials information or help with the system, please contact the textbook department’s requisitions coordinator Stacie Shellner at sashellner@cpp.edu, or 909-869-3751.
