The Bronco Bookstore has set Oct. 17 as the priority due date for academic departments to turn in requisitions for all required/recommended course materials including textbooks, readers, trade books and course packs for the Winter 2015 quarter. It is also the due date for “no-text required” confirmations for classes that don’t use books. Timely submission of these requisitions is important to keep textbooks affordable and ensure compliance with federal textbook information posting requirements. Faculty and department textbook coordinators should submit requisitions to the Bronco Bookstore via the new Verba Collect online requisition system. More information about using Verba Collect will be emailed to faculty. The older TextReq system is still available from the Faculty Resources page of the bookstore website, www.broncobookstore.com. Professors who turn in orders by Oct. 17 will receive a coupon for 25 percent off one general merchandise purchase, and departments submitting 70 percent or more of sections on time are eligible for a Foundation gift card.
