Summer Slim Down 14

Let’s make the most of these summer months! We all have a few left over “holiday” pounds to lose and what better way to get motivated than to lose them with each other. Our program consists of walking and a healthy diet. You choose to walk before work, during lunch or after work. You’ll get tips on eating healthy, a chart to log your progress and lots of support and resources. Each member pays $1 per week, which goes towards weekly snack and occasional lunches during our Monday meetings. We are heading into our 5th  week and it’s never too late to start. We’ve had some great meetings with a presentation from the Wellness Center, a tour of the AMM Department, BMI Testing at the Wellness Center, a tour of the Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies, and there is more to come.
