Emergency room staff from Foothill Presbyterian Hospital will join Cal Poly Pomona theatre students on Monday, June 9, in performing original scenes based on real-life experiences.
“Room for Emergencies” is a performance by the Department of Theatre and New Dance’s community-based theatre class. Hospital staff have shared their stories with the students, who have written scenes and songs based on those stories.
The students and hospital staff will perform these pieces from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the University Theatre, Building 25. Admission is free. For more information, contact Paula Weston Solano at pwsolano@cpp.edu.
