The Monday Mile

Get fit this spring the healthy way with The Monday Mile! The Monday Mile is a fun way to jump-start your week with a healthy dose of physical activity. Join Bronco Fitness and the SHCS Wellness Center every Monday during spring quarter for The Monday Mile in University Park beginning April 7, from 12:10 – 12:50 p.m. and 5:10 – 5:50 p.m. The mile will be led by trained staff from The Wellness Center and Bronco Fitness. Keep track of your miles with the Monday Mile Punch Card; more miles, more prizes. Students, Faculty, and Staff are welcome! No special equipment needed, just a comfortable pair of shoes.
