Cal Poly Pomona kicks off its 75th anniversary with Fall Conference, beginning with the president’s annual address during convocation on Monday, Sept. 23.
This year, convocation will utilize a different program — one that acknowledges the contributions of those who have come before us, celebrates the university’s many achievements, and envisions the campus for future generations. The diamond anniversary event will include special presentations, distinguished guest visits and a few surprises. Faculty and staff are encouraged to come early to enjoy the 75th anniversary photo booth and breakfast, starting at 8 a.m.
Convocation begins at 9 a.m. in the Ursa Major Suite of the Bronco Student Center, with the annual Service Awards following immediately.
Convocation and the Service Awards will be video streamed live. It will also be available to watch after the events.
The three-day Fall Conference includes several workshops, BroncoFusion, and college and division meetings.
