Neilson Named Interim Director of Dining Services

Aaron Neilson was named interim director of Cal Poly Pomona Foundation Inc.’s Dining Services. Neilson began on Saturday. Dec. 15. He replaced Brett Roth, who retired. Neilson, who was associate director under Roth, has worked in higher education food service for the past 20 years, including the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, the Claremont Colleges, the University of La Verne and Chapman University.
