Fall Conference begins Wednesday, Sept. 19 with convocation and President Ortiz’s annual state of the university address. The three-day event includes college and division meetings, BroncoFusion and the dedication of the new College of Business Administration complex.
Convocation begins at 9 a.m. in the Ursa Major Suite of the Bronco Student Center, with the annual Service Awards following immediately. A continental breakfast will be provided.

9 to 10 a.m. – Convocation (Ursa Major Suite, overflow in Ursa Minor.)
10 to 11:30 a.m. – Service Awards (Ursa Major)
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. – College of Science (Building 3, room 2137)
1 to 2 p.m. – Division of Academic Affairs (University Library, room 1807)

First Day of Classes
1 to 2 p.m. – Division of I&IT (CLA Building, eighth floor)
Friday, Sept. 21
8 to 10 a.m. – Division of University Advancement (Kellogg West, dining room B)
8:30 to 10:30 a.m. – Division of Student Affairs (Ursa Major)
3 to 5 p.m. – College of Business Administration complex dedication and reception. Hosted by the College of Business Administration and the Office of the President. Please RSVP by Sept. 18.
