The Office of Public Affairs has won four APEX Awards for Publication Excellence. The awards honor the work of professional communicators in a variety of industries. Senior graphic artist Ani Markarian was honored for design and layout of the university’s Annual Report publication. Esther Chou Tanaka, senior communications specialist, received an award for PolyCentric in the electronic publications category. Senior media communications coordinator Tim Lynch was awarded for his writing in the interviews and personal profiles category. University photographer Tom Zasadzinski’s photo titled “Laser Operator” also won an excellence award.
Our PolyCentric web server is undergoing a technical migration and upgrade. A new website design is scheduled to launch in early 2024.
