Email Storage Increase

I&IT is pleased to announce that the default mailbox size for faculty and staff has increased to 500 Mb from the previous 100MB default. All Exchange email mailboxes with a quota of less than 500 Mb have been automatically increased. This is the first stage in addressing the email storage needs of faculty and staff. In the coming months, I&IT will continually monitor the email system to evaluate the ability to increase mailbox sizes even further. Users who are running out of space in their Exchange mailbox can contact the I&IT Help Desk or log a ticket online through eHelp at https://ehelp.wiki.cpp.edu/Main_Page and clicking on “Log a Help Desk Ticket.”
