In October, Muhtaseb participated in a panel discussion at the annual meeting of the Financial Management Association in Denver. The discussion focused on the latest developments in hedge fund investing including fund performance, the impact of hedge funds on capital markets and hedge fund activism. Lastly, his paper, ¿Hedge Funds are the Alternative Mainstream¿ has been accepted for publication in the spring edition of The Journal of Investing.
