Professor B. Burns-Whitmore and graduate student Max Johnson from the Department of Human Nutrition & Food Science are conducting a study to examine the effects of feeding avocados on high blood cholesterol. If you are a man between 18 and 40 and have high blood cholesterol, you may qualify as a participant in the study. The study (11-136) has been reviewed and approved by the California State Polytechnic University Institutional Review Board.
