The legal environment of HR administration course offered by the College of the Extended University offers students a survey of the basic laws governing the employee/employer relationship. This course also covers Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, federal and state wage and hour regulations, family leave, affirmative action and various regulatory processes.
