The Collins College of Hospitality Management is initiating its first wine, food and arts tour of Tuscany, Italy in October. The trip will commence in Florence, continue to the Chianti region of Tuscany and conclude in the southern Tuscan region of Montalcino. Led by Professor Emeritus Robert Small, the tour will include museums, distinctive restaurants, food markets, cooking classes, and tastings and meals at both small and large family owned wineries.
