The music department has announced a plethora of performances for spring quarter that will bring music to your ears.
The “Shape Shifting Guitars Festival,” which includes concerts and master classes, will highlight the expansion of the guitar’s traditional role in chamber music. Events will be held throughout April.
Special events also include a master class on songwriting taught by Vicki Cowsill, the founder of the Bangles, and a vocal master class and performance by Susan Egan, who has had roles in the TV show “House,” the movie “13 going on 30,” and the animated film “Hercules.”
Tickets for music events can be purchased at https://csupomona.tix.com or through the Music Publicity Office in Building 24, room 142. For more information, contact Teresa Kelly at (909) 869-3554 or tkelly@cpp.edu.
