The Three Valleys Municipal Water District has scheduled a 10-day water shutdown to upgrade its water treatment plant in La Verne. The shutdown is scheduled for March 18 to 28 and will affect Cal Poly Pomona’s drinking water system. During this period, the campus has arranged to supplement its water supply from the City of Pomona. The shutdown is scheduled during quarter break, when water usage should be at minimum.
