Gary Lawson, adjunct professor in the international business & marketing department, has had his research published in several peer-reviewed journals in a six-month period. Two of his research papers focused on teaching methodologies. In a paper for Ethics and Critical Thinking Journal, Lawson explored how to offer more meaningful feedback for graduate business students through grading methodologies. In Global Education Journal, he argued that entrepreneurship courses need instructors who employ unique, out-of-the box approaches to instruction. Lawson’s other research papers focused on marketing and consumer behavior. In Business Journal for Entrepreneurs, Lawson evaluated the use of online marketing strategies for businesses. In the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction, and Complaint Behavior, Lawson and group of researchers evaluated consumer complaint behavior among Asian and Hispanic immigrants.
