Professor Lee-Anne Milburn, chair of the landscape architecture department, has been announced as the recipient of the 2010 Marvin Collins Outstanding Planning Award from the North Carolina Chapter of the American Planning Association. The award is given in recognition of Milburn’s contribution to Low Impact Development Multi-Modal Planning Resources for North Carolina.
